The Mithila International Centre (MIC) was established by a group of committed Maithil professionals, educators, cultural practitioners, researchers, and civic leaders who recognised that Mithila deserved an institution to nurture intellectual discourse, preserve cultural heritage, and address regional challenges.
MIC operates as a member-based non-profit institution under Fulkoka Foundation. Registered to promote dialogue and development across Mithila's diverse communities, MIC builds on the region's intellectual traditions to address contemporary challenges.
MIC offers Maithils worldwide a structured platform to contribute to their homeland's advancement through knowledge-sharing, cultural celebration, and collaborative problem-solving.
